Listeners are target behaviours we have identified as being important in helping organisations improve their customer experience, auto quality management, compliance risk and call audit.

EMOTION AI

Our unique emotion biometric engine analyses not only what is being said, but also how it is being said. We use features such as interaction analytical scores, sentiment and emotion biometrics to score how conversations are being spoken and we use NLP/NLU features to understand what is being said.
